All tickets and travelling cards can be purchased at any of the public transport operator Västtrafik’s sales outlets or in the app „To Go“.

HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE
Leave the Gothenborg Central Sation (Nils Ericson Terminal) in direction of Drottningtorget and take eihter tram line 2 (direction Krokslätt) or tram line 4 (direction Mölndal). Depart at stop Korsvägen, which is opposite to the Svenska Mässan. Duration: 7-10 minutes

Your Certficate of Attendance will be sent to you by e-mail a few days after the congress after filling out a short survey.
You can request a letter of invitation in the online registration or via ceorlhns@mondial-congress.com. The letter will be sent to you after you have registered and fully paid the registration fee.

English is the official congress language.
Onsite, in the case of loss of the name badge, a replacement badge will only be provided against full payment of the applicable on-site registration fee. Forgotten badges will be replaced against a deposit of EUR 100,-.

The Confederation of European ORL-HNS offers all participants from emerging economies with HDI < 0.8 to register for a reduced fee. This offer only applies for registrations received before the early bird deadline on December 16, 2025.
Yes, as a speaker you will be contacted with all the instructions on how to register with the reduced speaker’s fee. Please do not register trough the delegate registration on the website.

Yes, all rates include breakfast and taxes. Any additional services (e.g. minibar, parking, etc.) must be paid directly at the hotel.
No, a separate confirmation is not required. Simply check in at the hotel reception using your name.
Scientific Programme and Abstract Submission

Abstract submission will close on 15 October.
CEORL-HNS will be produced with a hybrid backup. All delegate registrations include complimentary virtual access at no additional cost. This way you have the chance to watch live sessions remote in case you cannot participate in person and even watch recorded sessions on-demand in case you were not able to attend a particular session or simply want to re-watch.

CEORL-HNS will be accredited with CME credits by the European Accreditation Council for continuing Medical Education (EACCME). Amount of CME credits to be confirmed in due time.
